At Nilville, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.

Return Window

You have 30 days after delivery to return your item—giving you plenty of time to try it on and decide.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (when possible)

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at info@nilville.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.

Please don’t send items back before contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Once your item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
The amount will be sent back to your original payment method (your bank may take a few extra days to process it).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away with photos and your order number.
We’ll either replace it or give you a full refund—no return required.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.
Email us at info@nilville.com to request an exchange.

Return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive your item, we’ll send the replacement at no extra cost.

Exceptions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Custom orders can only be returned if they arrive defective
